Race results

The Miami Grand Prix began with polesitter Pérez leading, while Verstappen started ninth on hard tyres and quickly moved forward. By the middle of the race Verstappen had closed on Pérez while using an offset strategy built around a long first stint. Pérez stopped earlier, but Verstappen extended his run, built a strategic advantage and later switched to medium tyres. With fresher rubber, he passed Pérez to secure the lead. Alonso drove a consistent race to keep third and continue Aston Martin's strong start to the season. Verstappen won from ninth on the grid and also set the fastest lap, with Pérez second and Alonso third.
