Ferrari is Formula 1’s oldest and most famous team, founded by Enzo Ferrari and present in every season of the World Championship. Based in Maranello, it represents both a racing team and a national symbol for Italy. Its identity is built around red cars, passionate supporters, and a history that connects the earliest years of F1 with the modern global championship. Ferrari has won more races and championships than any other constructor, with eras shaped by drivers such as Alberto Ascari, Niki Lauda, Michael Schumacher and Kimi Räikkönen. The Schumacher years, supported by Jean Todt, Ross Brawn and Rory Byrne, produced one of the greatest dynasties in F1 history. Yet Ferrari’s story also includes long title droughts, political pressure and the unique burden of expectation. Today, Ferrari remains the emotional centre of Formula 1 even when it is not winning. Its value goes beyond statistics: the team carries tradition, scrutiny, myth and pressure unlike any other.
