Race results

The Belgian Grand Prix was delayed by heavy rain and began on a damp track. Polesitter Norris led the early phase, but Piastri quickly closed through Eau Rouge and along the Kemmel Straight, then passed his teammate to take control. Through the middle part of the race McLaren set the pace, with Norris chasing but unable to reduce the gap enough to attack. Leclerc held off Verstappen behind them and secured a valuable podium for Ferrari. Piastri stayed composed in the closing laps and won at Spa, giving McLaren its first Belgian Grand Prix victory since 2012. Norris finished second and Leclerc third.
