FORMULA 1 GULF AIR BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX 2025

Bahrain International Circuit

Sakhir, Bahrain

Race results

The Bahrain Grand Prix began with polesitter Oscar Piastri holding the lead and controlling the early phase. Lando Norris was penalised for a false start after overshooting his grid slot, forcing him into recovery mode. In the middle part of the race, contact between Yuki Tsunoda and Carlos Sainz brought out the safety car and reset strategy. After the restart George Russell protected second despite electrical, brake-by-wire and related system problems, while Norris fought back into podium contention. Piastri remained composed at the front and won ahead of Russell and Norris. Nico Hülkenberg was later disqualified for excessive skid-block wear.
