McLaren to talk internally after "simply not acceptable" Norris-Piastri clash

On the final lap of a wet 20-lap sprint, Lando Norris lunged to the inside of Oscar Piastri at Turn 5, unsuccessfully backed out of a closing gap and struck his McLaren team-mate's right-rear corner.

The contact sent both cars into a spin, eliminating Piastri with severe rear damage to his MCL40 and dropping Norris to eighth at the finish.
