Kazuki Nakajima

Kazuki Nakajima is a Japanese driver who debuted for Williams at the final race of 2007 and raced full-time in 2008 and 2009. A Toyota-backed driver and the son of Satoru Nakajima, he arrived with significant attention. He struggled in comparison with Nico Rosberg but gained experience through reliable finishes and occasional points. In 2008 he scored several times and showed persistence in a competitive midfield. After F1, Nakajima became a major figure in Toyota’s endurance programme and won Le Mans. His wider career ultimately became more successful than his Grand Prix spell.
