Brendon Hartley

Brendon Hartley is a New Zealand driver who reached Formula 1 with Toro Rosso in 2017 after major success in endurance racing. A World Endurance Champion and Le Mans winner with Porsche, he returned to the Red Bull orbit with an unusual and highly experienced profile. In 2018 he raced alongside Pierre Gasly during Toro Rosso’s transition to Honda power. Results in F1 were difficult, but Hartley’s development knowledge and broad racing background were valuable. After F1 he continued to excel in endurance racing, reinforcing his reputation as a complete professional beyond Grand Prix statistics.
