Allan McNish

Allan McNish is a British driver who entered Formula 1 with Toyota in 2002 after building a strong reputation in sports cars and testing. Although he had long been connected to F1, his race debut came relatively late and in Toyota’s first season, a difficult environment for results. He did not score points, but his experience and development ability helped the new manufacturer project. After F1, McNish achieved major success with Audi at Le Mans and in endurance racing. His Grand Prix statistics are modest, but his overall standing as a racing driver is extremely high.
